The ICC is a joke no matter what happens. If Americans can't be prosecuted, then the court loses all credibility as a fair and impartial instrument of justice. If Americans
can be prosecuted, then we will be subjected to an endlest number of fraudulent charges stemming from fine, upstanding international citizens, such as Saddam Hussein, and an endless number of Euroweenies getting their ugly faces in the paper by prosecuting evil agents of the Imperialist Hegemonist American Hyperpower. Basically, we're damned if we do and damned if we don't. Staying as far away from this scam as possible is our best option.
If Europe new how to grant their colonies independence or draw borders during peace negotiations, we wouldn't have anywhere near as much of a mess to clean up for them.
