Another SWAT team?

Are we not to militarize our war on fiscal crime, too?

Arrgh, make "not", "now".

As in, "Now I shall go to bed...."

Hey, yeah, you, Justice Swat-Boys...

Look at Boeing's books and why the takeover of McDonnell Douglas was so damned easy, without a stockholder fight whatsoever!

Find out why one of the most solid companies who helped win World War 2 with the DC-5,-6,-9 had little cash on hand to fight the bogus "take-over" by Boeing...

Goodness Gracious, which mid and low level MD corporate execs with the help of dirty accountants and in-house attorneys (with the help of more than a few dirty active duty FBI agents) who stole several billions from the McDonnell-Douglas stockholders, to buy Boeing stock at low-end prices...and then turned around and watched their stock prices double and quadruple within a matter of months...are now working for Boeing?

Gee, G-Men, there's a hint and a half...

Check the rosters of the highest paid Boeing mid level execs who used to work for McDonnell-Douglas (and do little if anything now), like paying themselves with laundered stolen funds from one company and masking it with the stocks from another... Ahem...

Gee, did the mention of the Clinton administrations' interference and promised "later payments" by Boeing intermediaries to certain and various individuals" in that most corrupt administration come up yet...?

Glad I'm now an onion, that fly on the wall bit was dangerous.....

I had to laugh listening to the democrats running around talking about making accounting a black and white issue. Tell me dummies, how are you going to account for a grocery store the same way you account for a construction project?

Just how are you going to make all R&D costs fit into the same box? Should development costs for a SUV be the same as development costs for, say, a cure for cancer?

There are always going to be things that require a judgement call. All you can do is hope that the people who are exercising that judgement are honest. But then, if our tax codes weren't so complex, we wouldn't have so many people drawing so close to the line.
