First year anniversary of Jeff 'Free' Luers' incarceration [Earth Liberation Front]

On June 11th, 2002 Jeff "Free" Luers will have spent one year in the Oregon State Prison system for torching three SUVs in a Eugene car lot. He was sentenced to an astounding 23 years for this crime, leading many people to believe that the sentence was politically motivated and intended to intimidate environmentalists. For perspective, consider that, according to the Department of Justice, the average sentence given to a man who kills his wife is 13 years.

On June 16, 2000 I ignited a fire that would forever change my life. I torched 3 SUV’s. I took extra care and used specific fuels to ensure no one would be injured.

Approximately 30 minutes after the fire was lit and extinguished, I was taken into custody by 3 undercover agents who had been following me, one of whom I would later learn to be a member of an anti-domestic terrorist unit. I was arrested on Criminal Mischief One,a charge that carries about one year. In the course of one week that charge would multiply into 10 felony counts, including 3 counts of Arson One.

Getting to trial took the course of a year. By trial I had accumulated 13 felony counts, now including conspiracy with persons unknown. I was looking at a little over 100 years. I refused to take a deal.

Trial was a joke, literally. We proved evidence had been tampered with, officers had lied and that the prosecutor had manipulated evidence to get a legal search. On top of that the judge refused to allow me to separate the trial. I had been charged with two different fires. Law requires that upon request separate offences must be tried separately. The final blow came when the judge threw out the testimony of my expert witness.

In the end I was convicted of 11 felony charges. I was sentenced to 22 years and 8 months. I have no possibility of parole.

The Oregon unemployment rate is one of the highest in the nation. Much of that unemployment is due to the enviral Nazis who wear Pendleton Jackets and have 30$ blow dry hair cuts with their anti logging including timber killed in the fires last year. Then these eco terrorists like this POS has people afraid to invest and work in the logging and timber industry.

December 31, 1999. Arson of the offices of Catherine Ives, Room 324, Agriculture Hall at Michigan State University. The offices were doused with gasoline and set afire. ELF said the fire was set in response to the work being done to force developing nations in Asia, Latin America and Africa to switch from natural crop plants to gentically engineered sweet potatoes, corn, bananas and pineapples. Monsanto and USAID are major funders of the research and promotional work being done through Michigan State University. According to local newspapers, the fire caused some $400,000 in damage. January 23, 2000. Bloomington, Indiana. Arson that destroyed a house at the Sterling Woods Development in the Bloomington area with estimated damage of $200,000. An ELF statement obtained by the Environment News Service says, "The house was targeted because the sprawling development it is located in is in the Lake Monroe Watershed. This is the drinking water supply for the town of Bloomington, Indiana and the surrounding area. It is already being jeopardized by existing development and roads."

Often the collateral/hidden damages, the loss of jobs, businesses and homes after these economic terrorist strikes are even more than the immediate damage.

If Oregon locked everyone of these POS's up and kept them locked up for about 30 years, their economy would start to have some rebound effect.

The environmentalist movement is a front and a fake.

Its actually an umbrella movement encompassing socialist/communist oriented issues whose members are very cynically and callously manipulated by the aging and decrepit far left intelligensia who consider them easily disposable shock troops for their own selfish, personal terror "war against america"

It is used as a front to attack the middle class and private property owners through the proxy of "environmental issues" which is used to mask their true intentions to the public. Just like the communist groups in the soviet union never shied away from terror tactics neither do the professors and self proclaimed Jim Jones like cult leaders who lead this movement shy away from advocating violence and destruction of property to their followers. They should be exposed relentlessly as the fakes and frauds that they are.
