The scariest thing long term would be if the warming is real (I think it is at this point) and continues without stopping regardless of what people do. Hopefully it will just be a slight variation from the norm, but has any scientist calculated that it will level off? It's supposed to be a net plus for the U.S. over the next decades, but what about after that?
