BANGKOK, May 23 (Xinhua) -- Former US president Bill Clinton would stop off in Thailand on May 25 on his return from attending the birth of independent East Timor as a guest of the Thai ForeignMinistry, a senior official said here Thursday. Rathakit Manathat, Foreign Ministry Spokesman, revealed that Clinton and his wife would arrive here Saturday morning, then have dinner with Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
Clinton would also be granted an audience with the King of Thailand on Saturday, the spokesman added.
Clinton was a guest of the King on a state visit in November 1996 for the celebration of the 50th anniversary of His Majesty's accession to the throne.

Why Bush is not only tolerating this turd running amok across the globe but is going so far as to encourage and solicit him is beyond me.

HAL, just think of all the bright sparkling things Clinton can bring home now; you know, the things he couldn't take before.
Isn't some of this AGAINST THE SENATE RULES??? How much CAN he take?

Clinton and his wife would . . . have dinner with Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra. In honor of the Clintons' visit, Shinawatra will sing some of his standards:
New York, New York
My Way
Something Stupid
High Hopes
The Lady Is a Tramp
That's Life
Strangers in the Night
Shinawatra: A Man and His Music.

CLINTON wants to be KING of the WORLD, so he's keeping his finger in every pot.....and I'm getting SICK, PUKE of it!!! What he must be doing is forcing himself on the heads of states in other countries who feel obligated to meet with him. I believe it is all part of a grand strategy.

When he dines in Bangkok I will fortunatly be some 200 miles to the north. The most constant question I ge is: "Does your President approve of this?" Well, his highhorse and Thaksin have much in common but Thaksin has achieved far mor controll than Clinton ever was able to do.
