Pak fears limited Indian strike

Pakistan fears India will wage a limited war against it and attack militant camps located in Pakistani-occupied Kashmir. Foreign Secretary Inamul Haq, however, said it would not be full-scale conflict but be limited to the Line of Control (LoC).
India's aim, he said, would be to redraw the LoC by capturing parts of PoK so that militants based in Pakistan would not be able to wage jehad in India.
Asked whether the international community would side with Pakistan if India launched an attack, Haq said the world, convinced that Pakistan is exporting terrorism to India, no longer "buys our definition of freedom fighters".

The world would be a better place if India "just so happened" to wipe Pakistan off the face of the earth. It really IS the center of the radical Islam.

Yeah, but radical islam exists elsewhere. If Pakistan were "wiped out" (not gonna happen, so this is purely moot), radical Islam would find roots elsewhere. The Pakistani ghettos of Great Britain, for example :)

Maybe, AM2000. But there aren't 140 Million of them in the Pakistani Ghettos in Britain. And Blair is hardly likely to lend them suport and protection as Musharraf does!
"Wiping" out Pakistan is obviously a figure of speech here. One possibility is a break-up of this "country", so better behavior can be enforced on the smaller regions.

I am reading "Jinnah of Pakistan" by Stanley Wolpert right now. He is the man who successfully created the partition of India and became the first president of Pakistan. Even Jinnah, a Muslim who lobbied for a Muslim state, was constantly under threat of assassination by Muslim extremists in Pakistan!

At least the "Islamic state" part of his vision has come true. The radicalism that Islam fosters was probably not part of this plan. Maybe more Jinnahs are needed to further partition this country!

"The world would be a better place if India "just so happened" to wipe Pakistan off the face of the earth. It really IS the center of the radical Islam." I must disagree--the center of radical Islam is Saudi Arabia. "Follow the money".
