Thanks Robert. It is times like this when we should offer moral support for Russia and let them know that we understand. That understanding could break down decades of mistrust and lay the foundation for a more productive relationship. I believe Russia is drifting not even realizing they need an allie like us. I think it's time for us to make a few moves that let them discover on their own that we might just be the answer to their long term needs.
