Don't believe him! Unless he is living in BC and not AD, Jesus fulfilled the laws of death by dying for our sins.
They are no more.
Galatins 3.23
Now before faith came, we were imprisoned and guarded under the law until faith would be revealed. 24 Therefore the law
was our disciplinarian until Christ came, so that we might be justified by faith. 25 But now that faith has come, we
are no longer subject to a disciplinarian, 26 for in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith.

If a gay is murdered by another gay how can it be called a hate crime? Got to keep them stats up somehow. Sounds like the guy was probably rejected for sex, and this becomes a hate crime.

murders that show an uncommon amount of creative personal hatred (i.e. - deep stabs to face, genital mutilation, etc) are invariably committed by gay guys against other gay guys. I don't suppose that's because they're expressing a great deal of self-loathing which comes from the knowledge, deep down, that what they're doing is perverse and an abomination to God. Naaaah, that can't be it. Their lifestyle is just another way of "loving," after all, and we must be tolerant of all its variations.

WHO CARES ! ! ! ! ! { they forgot to mention that he also like to smoke bone }
You forgot to mention that he was murdered, which is the only really relevant thing here. Hate crime, whatever, it may well have been motivated by hate, but that's no reason to treat this crime differently than any other murder. With a trial, followed by an extremely long stay in prison, or possibly execution.
