...For over 7 months now, since early September 2001 Senator JOHN KERRY of Massachussetts has deliberately thwarted all attempts to bring HR-2833 to the floor for a vote. It sounds like Senator John Kerry is doing his best to keep this bill from the floor because it would make China "look bad."
