Actually, the establishment in question appears to be a performance auto supply store in Dripping Springs, TX, population 1300, "Gateway to the Hill Country" on Route 290 west of Austin.
Sounds like somebody picked this guy out of the Yellow Pages and attempted to make a story.
Even if true, it's inconsequential.

If it's true, then it's a crime carrying a penalty of up to $50,000 and ten years in prison. Any company specializing in exports should know that, of course, so odds are this is the work of the security guard or janitor. But we'll see...
