I know 45 year old women who are drop-dead sexy as hell. 90% of women in their 20's couldn't hold a candle to these ladies.

Yeah,but that's because trying to talk to a woman in her 20's makes a man's head hurt too bad to keep thinking about sex. Women in their 20's are ok when you are in your teens,but even then I prefered them over 25.

How can they know how to have a good time when they haven't even ridden the bike before?

It's obvious you didn't know some of the 16-20 year olds I knew in my younger years. Many of them have no only ridden the bike,but are ready for the "Tour La France". Men that sexually aggressive end up getting locked up. First time I was ever offered oral sex was by a 16 year old girl when I was 12,and this was in the 50's. Not only that,but this was in broad daylight in a drug store,and she was sitting at a table with 3 other girls when she made the offer.
