I just sent the following e-mail to more than 100 people
Subject: ILLEGAL ALIEN AMNESTY (please forward)
There is an attempt in Congress to attatch a rider to a visa-tracking bill that would grant amnesty and green cards to over 200,000 illegal aliens, just in time for President Bush's visit with Mexican President Vicente Fox later this month... sort of a house-warming present for burglars.
The bill will probably be voted on tomorrow
There have been signals from the White House for months (since even before 9/11) that President Bush is looking at a bigger Amnesty proposal that would give green cards to 3.5 million to 5 million illegals. Did the last Amnesty work in 1986? Did the flow of illegals stop as promised?
Or did Surrender on Amnesty only encourage the current invasion?
There are now 12 to 13 million illegals in the US, including more than 4 million in California, more than 10% of the population. We can't keep prisoners locked up (25% illegal aliens), our schools are overflowing, and we don't have enough power...
But we want more foreign colonistas to squat here and make a mockery of our laws and Constitution?
This isn't the first time Amnesty has been pushed by the Bush Administration, and it won't be the last, so it must be defeated again and again. Opinion polls consistently show that more than 70% of Americans want better enforcement of our borders and deportations of illegals, yet our politicians refuse to listen.
If you can, please call a radio talk show today and/or forward this e-mail. Section 245(i) will be attached to the visa-tracking legislation that was passed by the House in Dec.
If the House defeats this combination bill tomorrow, the visa-tracking bill that passed in Dec remains alive and awaiting Senate action.

If you're as outraged as any citizen should be, here's a little song that might put your thoughts into words...
Kiss My VoteWe're a nation strong with immigrants
Who know about fair play;
But you prefer the other ones,
Without an honest day.
I know that you will call me names
But I will not be shy
Hey go ahead, kiss illegals,
And kiss my vote goodbye.
I don't care if they're from Mexico,
Canada, France or Spain.
I don't care if they swam a river,
Or got here in a plane.
I'm not giving up my country,
No matter how hard you try
Hey go ahead, kiss illegals,
And kiss my vote goodbye.Put down your economics,
Your demographics too.
Uphold our laws and borders,
As we elected you.
But if you're thinking otherwise,
We'll know for sure you lie
Hey go ahead, kiss illegals,
And kiss my vote goodbye. You lightly take your promises,
But we will not forget.
Double cross us once again,
Your sun will surely set.
The time has come to send them home,
And I have told you why
But go ahead, kiss illegals,
And kiss my vote goodbye. And if you' think it can't be done,
Then step aside, we'll fight.
It's amnesty or honesty,
Surrender or be right.
So listen, you politicians,
And hear our vengeful cry
Deport your dear illegals,
Or kiss our votes goodbye.
Dear Mr. President,
I've voted for every Republican I could for the past 10 years, but that appears about to change.
After the Florida Election fiasco, I e-mailed passionately on your behalf for weeks, and demonstrated publicly for you... but you have disappointed me on the matter of illegal immigration.
I am unwavering in my opposition to your ongoing attempts to grant Amnesty to Illegal Aliens. If there is any Amnesty whatsoever, I will not vote for you or any Republican for so long as you hold office.
Please instruct Speaker Hastert to withdraw Section 245i from the visa tracking bill, so that I may continue to vote for you and other Republicans in the future.
Sincerely,
I also attatched a copy of "Kiss My Vote," for the reading pleasure of the White House.
I can't believe you're pushing the agenda of the MEXICAN government!
Do you realize that in all of our cities we are filled to the brim with illegals?
That our tax dollars are being DRAINED by them?
I'm disappointed in you, and won't be voting for you in 2004. This is heartbreaking to me, since I think you are great EXCEPT ON THIS ISSUE.
I'm serious. I won't be voting for you. I don't know who's advising you on this, but it's wrong.
Think of Dick Riordan and what happened. It could happen to you. You need the BASE, and the base is AGAINST THIS ISSUE.
Sincerely,
xxxx
This bill is being voted on tomorrow, and requires immediate action... I see activist threads in Breaking all the time.
What's wrong with this one?
Where should I have posted it?
82% is pretty great as far as bases go.
Vanities. Lots and lots of vanity.
Over 70%, (you included, you claim), want the deportation of illegals.
Not a bad base either.
Here's spit in our eyes.
I have never voted a third party because I felt it was only helping the Dems, however if the Republicans choose the welfare of Mexico over US citizens, I will happily vote for a third party-- can't vote RAT, so I guess there are no other choices.
You may be right...
Expecting Bush and the Republicans to pay more than lip service to the rule of law might be all in vain.
That's very interesting.
