I may be confused about the Shaa'ban being this month. I've found references to it as this month, and references to it being some other time. I'm looking into it.

They have one wierd calendar.

Ok, I found one that is fairly simple to read.
Shaa'ban ends on the 16th of November. Ramadan begins on the 17th of November.

Here
