Fireworks and another Cohen meltdown yesterday.
Even O’Donnell is in the minority. Their court panelists were stunned yesterday by the grand larceny revelation.

This is so obvious a case of treason and bought judge. He and his daughter are getting paid in some way. This is not America as we knew it...but it is America now... in Obummer’s third term.
The revelation just completely undermines the whole “conspiracy” claim. Trump obviously would not be conspiring against himself. Cohen was a rogue operator.
So what is his position now, that justifies him hearing this case? Do the other NY Supreme Court justices also hear cases that are not Supreme Court jurisdiction?
He was supposedly picked at random to preside over this case. I don’t believe the “random” part for a second.

WOW, Bove establishes that one of the emails that Costello sent to his son that the ADA tried to frame as from Costello’s son to him was actually a quote from Michael Cohen.

Yes, and that is good news. MSNBC was named, though, as prime news source by several jurors, so we know their mentality. And there is a solid week for the MSNBS'er types to ply their trade before deliberations even begin.

The New York Supreme Court is not he highest Court in New York. The naming convention is off in NY State.

stole from trump...pretty much says Trump didn’t know about the notes describing the breakdown of the $420 and the subsequent disposition...of the $20,000....But wait....how did Cohen steal $30,000 if Trump know all about this??
Exactly. The grand larceny revelation blew apart the whole case.
It was supposedly 50k to pay a polling co but Cohen took 30k of that for himself.
It’s as if Cohen was actually a witness for the defense 😂😂😂
