This would be noteworthy if the jury actually cared about evidence.

This reminds me of the old NY mafia trials when the jury had been bought off by the mob in one way or another.

I used to think this guy Bruce Cutler was a fabulous trial lawyer. How else would he be getting John Gotti acquitted?
