No ground troops will be sent, just advisors (wink, wink, nod, nod). Last Monday that NATO gambit was played and their bluff called. When the US (Jeffries), France (Macron), Poland (Tusk) and Britain (Cameron) were floating the deployment of NATO troops, Russia’s reaction was immediate and unmistakeable. The British and French ambassadors were called in and given ultimatums on nukes and retaliatory strikes in Britain, France and Poland if need be. Both Russia and Belarus went into tactical nuclear mobilization and active drilling as they moved these assets to the theater. All of NATO backed down immediately. The inauguration and 5/9 holiday went off with no hitches. NATO will swallow hard and watch the Uke army collapse.
All it would take for NATO to go full scale insane is Biden saying ground troops are on the table.
I don’t think that will ever happen, with this group in charge and looking at bleak election polls anything is possible.
