So conservative students should not attend graduate school?
It sounds like it is funded with tax money and the selection is supposed to be bipartisan.
I assume the students would declare their internships with various politicians, interest groups, etc. on their applications.
How about cancelling the federal subsidy — there wouldn’t be enough left for 60 scholarships per year — it might go to zero.
