OH my goodness. I need to get my grill out and do some salmon. I can have salmon on my diet and LOVE it, but haven’t grilled it before... the mushrooms and spinach are a great addition!!!!
Oh, so easy to grill and so yummy.
I sauté my mushrooms, first, then add garlic slivers and the fresh spinach, for the sautéed spinach. 😍
