Remote college education is now the new normal. Good ! Lectures, term papers and tests can be done online.

Abandon expensive buildings. Fire overpaid administration leaders and staffs. Get rid of the lazy professors who don’t teach.

Fire the janitors and landscape crews. Fire the building maintenance people and those who prepare food. No dorms will be needed. Sell textbooks online. Sell all university vehicles.

There won’t be a physical campus where students are excluded, harassed or violently assaulted. It will be the end of crime on campus if there is NO CAMPUS.

Students won’t need big student loans.

Send diplomas by mail. Everybody wins !

“...Remote college education is now the new normal...”

Is that really the best way?? Over the years most class taken have been in-house. Those taken remotely have been for convenience, or the only way he course was offered.

I found in-house learning much more effective. Lectures and written assignments can be delivered online, but I always found the give and take among the classmates was more instructive than just a lecture. Difficult problems and concepts may not be resolved in the lecture or written assignment, but working with classmates it becomes clear.
- just saying.
