Yes, but nobody should be using the term “pup” in reference to an aggressive animal that killed livestock. That's not a puppy, but a large and dangerous animal.

I thought it was also 14 months old.

In any event people have a right to control animals and to control livestock especially in farm areas.

Oh please. How do you know she's telling the truth? Every time she talks about it, she embellishes her story about how the dog was "dangerous." She's trying to dig herself out of a public relations mess and it isn't working.
