looks so CHEAP! UGH!

Sometimes the Visiting Tourist tries his/her hand at land development. Results are usually overpriced/substandard construction/planning right out of a comic book.
I didn't look at it but "UGH!" covers this as well as a whole bunch of others I've seen around here. (Like the stucco/concrete slab thing with about a zillion old beer cans for exterior siding....)
