I just got some gift catalogues in the mail.
I rarely buy anything from them, as most of the stuff
is over priced and I haven’t time to dust off all the cute stuff
(I.E. worthless, but pretty knickknacks.)

The little pillows are cute though!
my favorite(s):

“My girlfriends are the sisters that I picked out for myself!”

“It doesn’t matter where you go, only who is beside you.”

I bet these catalogues are where Khloe Kardashian posts her
deep “thoughts of the day “ (snicker)

Anyhow, it’s the lovely and SOME very extravagant perfume
bottles that I have to stop myself from looking at or buying!
*evil grin*

I wish Canadians were like that, but, sadly, we’re a pretty pliable bunch (except for a few of us lol).

So today Mike and Danielle dropped in and were telling me about a new proposed tax that’s possibly happening. It’s called the Rain Tax. What is the rain tax, you ask? Well, the rain tax is dependent on the size of the property you own. The more land you own, the more rain falls on your property, the more you have draining into the sewer system. Yup. They’re taxing the rain lol.

So you are saying that there are no bad effects to wearing masks? It is not sanitary to wear the masks over and over, simple logic. It will also drop your oxygen saturation, which for some people is not a bright idea, especially for those with respiratory issues. But if you want to wear a mask to protect you from getting a respiratory infection which is primarily spread by touch, hand to mouth, go right ahead.

Another cute embroidery pillow:

“We’ll be friends until
we are old and senile...
Then we’ll be new friends!”

The bright side?

“I have read off and on for years that it was the masks that caused most of the pneumonia which killed people. I would tend to trust older information rather than anything the “experts” put out today.”

I would very much like to see an older article that states the masks were the cause of their deaths because of bacteria.

Sorry I just can’t take a Meme as proof.

What do you consider a cut off date for not believing any articles?

Aw...
It has a cute baby onesie that says:
“I can’t walk, I’m a mermaid!”
has a “tutu” skirt with a lil’ mermaids
tail sticking up out of it.

Another onesie is all black and says:
“My little black dress” with a tutu
skirt and a pink bow.

Good thing I don’t have grand daughters
I would be BROKE!
LOL

I did not say they were sanitary. You have no idea how many people wore the same mask over and over.

I know all about low oxygen and wearing a mask as I have that problem and I didn’t wear one until I was made to when going to the doctors.

A Creator We Can Trust

Bible in a Year :

God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son.

John 3:16 The “monster” in Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein is one of the most widely known literary characters, captivating our cultural imagination. But close readers of the beloved novel know that a strong case can be made that Shelley actually portrays Victor Frankenstein, the delusional scientist who created the creature, as the real monster. After creating an intelligent creature, Victor denies him any guidance, companionship, or hope of happiness—seemingly guaranteeing the creature’s descent into desperation and rage. Confronting Victor, the creature laments, “You, my creator, would tear me to pieces and triumph.”

Scripture reveals how different the true Creator of all things is—with unchanging, tireless love for His creation. God didn’t create on a whim, but out of love created a beautiful, “very good” world (Genesis 1:31). And even when humanity turned from Him to choose monstrous evil instead, God’s commitment to and love for humanity didn’t change.

As Jesus explained to Nicodemus, God’s love for His creation was so great He was willing to give even what was most dear to Him—“his one and only Son” (John 3:16)—that the world might be saved. Jesus sacrificed Himself, bearing the consequences of our sin, so “that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him” (v. 15).

We have a Creator we can trust with our hearts and lives. .

Reflect & Pray

How does God’s commitment to His creation impact you? How can you respond to His love for you?

Dear God, thank You for being a good Creator who I can trust.
