Trump needs to be getting people excited to be voting for him and pissed at the other guy right now.
He can do that very well.
As a leader, there are times where your physical presence is needed at the front to lead the troops.
This is Trumps fight, and while those supporting him will surely do their best (Look, I like him too and I want him to win!), he needs to be there. Others can’t make his jokes about (small hands), call people names he makes up (Pocahontas, slow Joe, )... Trump is Trump and when he shows up somewhere, people show up and get revved up.
