President Trump should first pick a VP who can be a strong mouth piece and advocate. Second every press conference state these words: I will gladly go to jail for my county for the freedom of speech, the right to assemble, and the right to a free and fair election

So now we have a county judge trying to muzzle a presidential candidate. It’s unbelievable how low this country has sunk.

I’m quite sure Trump will keep on talking, as is his right. Then the judge will issue an arrest warrant. Then what?

Not as long as he lives. If Trump is jailed and then killed, what then?

I'd vote for sequestering the judge, in Cuba.

The purpose of this Kangaroo court is obvious.

They are sponging up all of his time and resources. He's not campaigning.

This is the only way that Biden can win in the next "fair" elections according to our MSM and buerocracy. The actual "will of the people" no longer matters.

Our elections are as real as those in Russia. We just don't want to believe/accept that yet.

While Merdhan held Trump in contempt, Merchan is the one who is contemptible.

Well, this provides the opportunity for an immediate appeal under the collateral order doctrine.

The judge threatened him with jail time if continues to violate the gag order.

The judge must have forgot about the Secret Service taking control of the jail to protect the president.

If this judge were to jail Trump he would be guaranteeing a landslide Trump victory.

If lawfare (political persecution/prosecution) is the new law of the land...

Then there is no law, anything goes...them's the rules (they made).

Prepare/act accordingly.

"Not as long as he lives. If Trump is jailed and then killed, what then?"

Inevitable revolution and a lot of dead Americans.

Absolutely not a thing. I wish it were not so but the Coup and steal of 2020 convinced me that there is no fight left in us. When the time comes, we will go quietly into the chains of tyranny.

Russian citizens pay a 13% flat tax. It’s much more likely that Putin has real grassroots support than it is Biden does.

The Democrats are trying to remove Trump’s Secret Service protection in case he is convicted of a felony (which is likely to happen in this trial despite the ridiculousness of the charges), but they can’t get that enacted until they get a majority in the House of Representatives. If Merchan orders Trump to jail before the trial is over, he won’t have been convicted of a felony so presumably he would have Secret Service protection (although I’m sure the Democrats will try to find a way to remove it).

Quite a lot of people and not all of them in DC have been giving that a lot of thought. When you're as drunk with power as today's Democrats are, political murder becomes just another thing you think your media can excuse and you can walk away from without consequences. But once you've normalized political murder there's no way to un-normalize it. The violence that would follow is inevitable as the day. It wouldn't be anything a rational person would even attempt, but power makes people stupid as well as corrupt.

I think that’s already happened. Every four years now, the Deep State/Uniparty rolls out their violent Brown Shirts into the streets on some pretext that’s in the manufactured news media just to cow the American population. This is the durable lesson of 9/11 that the tyrants understand that the cowering American people don’t..they can frighten you into passivity.

Just like Islamic radicals’ attack at the beginning of the century caused America to respond by instituting tyranny and putting restrictions on themselves…while doing nothing to curb the enemy…the internal tyrants take more and more away from the frightened population every time the violent rioters come out to earn their pay from their masters.

And the American people and the American states do nothing to fight back against it. They just wait around until the next election…which is controlled completely by government employees, whose pay comes from the same masters that control the violent Brown Shirts.
