Man! We can’t get justice anymore! The constitution is DEAD! Color me skeptical for a favorable immunity ruling for Trump! I have lost hope in the judicial branch. They’re gonna have to do something spectacular to re-gain their trust with the American people! Corruption is a cancer that has over taken DC!

As I’ve said before here, the Judiciary is the fundamental problem. They have too much power, which was never given to them. They just asserted it. And they have no accountability, ostensibly because “they shouldn’t have to fear retribution”.
The so-called “President” has admitted to 47 years of violating the Espionage Act by taking and sitting on actual classified documents. Yet nothing will happen to him.
Mr. Navarro makes a principled assertion of Executive Privilege and the judges - all of whom were from the other side until he got to the “Supreme Court” - ignored all of it and imposed draconian penalties on him.
They are nothing but ordinary mortals, just jerks with a liberal arts degree that’s typically worthless and a law degree that’s mildly difficult. None of them should have the kind of power they have. Juries were supposed to moderate them but they skewed the trial process to give themselves massive power over the juries.
It’s time to revamp all of it. Trial by fire was done away with, there is nothing wrong with overhauling what has transpired since the New Deal and the Warren Court.
