Johnson had no leverage. At least 85% of the House — including most of those who voted against this stupid bill — are fully on board with the foreign/corporate welfare agenda.

I disagree.

He should have insisted on national security FIRST, and let those that did not believe in national security being our highest priority--go "on the record" by voting against a border security bill first!

He had incredible leverage there, and totally wasted it.

Johnson could have let the the RINOs that support this introduce a discharge petition and bring this to floor without his consent.

Johnson that one the promised he wouldn't bring the bill to the floor without a deal on the border.

So, he absolutely owns this bill.

And, I don't believe 85% of the House Republicans supported aid to Ukraine. I believe half voted against aid to Ukraine.
