I think this is done on purpose to create vulnerable children that the pedophiles can take advantage of. They are doing the same thing with the children crossing our border. The media doesn't say much about all the victims being trafficked in this country. I'm not surprised to see the uniparty waving the flag of another sex trafficking hot spot like Ukraine.
