Since the judge has decided that the Second Amendment no longer applies in New York, then New York is no longer a part of the United States and it’s votes can no longer be counted in the next election.
Furthermore, since New York is no longer a part of the United States, its entire congressional delegation is no longer qualified and should be thrown out of the Congress. That includes both Senators and all the Representatives. Sadly though, it means that Donald Trump is no longer qualified to be President, since he was born in New York. Overall though, I think it’s a win.
