New York Attorney General just lost her effort to negate the bond agreement allowing Trump to appeal the judgment. The court added conditions but turned down her effort to reject the company as a viable bonding company.
Hard to believe trial judge Engeron would deny her. Was this brought before the appellate court that reduced the Trump’ bond because clearly assistant prosecutor Judge Engeron would have gleefully stuck it to Trump?

I still believe the ultimate goal was to draw into question where Trump got the cash, and if from his private funds, then charge that cash was from campaign funds.
