There a millions of rounds of 155mm DPICM in the disposition queue. Among lots of other things, like MLRS DPICM.
Don't know if any of that is accurate, but I hope it is. We have to maintain the reserves required to fight two major wars simultaneously. The Russians are very adept at destroying Patriots and ammo dumps in any case.
Ukraine never had a chance without air superiority or at least air parity, and we can't give it to them. All we can give them is a longer war and more dead.
