A man has set himself on fire outside the Donald Trump trial in horrifying scenes.
The dramatic moment took place on day four of the former president's hush money trial in Manhattan.
The NYPD said they were aware of the incident but were still investigating.
Shocking video showed the man twitching on the ground while engulfed by flames before another man ran over with a fire extinguisher.

CNN's Laura Coates was aghast as she narrated the situation.
'I see a totally charred human being,' Coates said.

Someone on Breitbart said that it was a pro-Trump man who was protesting Trump’s persecution.
Take that with a grain of salt though, it’s the Breitbart comment sections and they’re not exactly the classiest people in the world.

He’s never going to survive for as long as he was on fire. Aside from the third degree burns over his entire body, which is itself fatal, he had to have burned his lungs out. They must have been completely seared.
I cannot fathom what goes though the mind of someone who would do this to themselves. How on earth do they think they are making a point or convincing others of their position?
I avoid burns are all costs. The pain is horrible. WHY do it to yourself deliberately?
