The form simply asks the applicant of they are eligible. If they lie and say yes, that's it. The only screening process is the employees at MVD and I'm pretty sure they don't ask.
All fraudulent declarations have to be rooted out one at a time and our gov and secretary of state are not going to do a damn thing about it.
Here in Washington State, we had 100,000 new voter registrations. Most of them came from migrant labor areas. When I was at the Secretary of State’s office in Olympia, I asked if they can verify the citizenship for these newly registered voters. I was told that it was against state law (which the Dems pushed through) to do so. The Dems know the fix is in.
