Russian troops have only advanced 8 miles westward since “conquering” Bakhmut a year ago. 8 miles in 12 months.

News FLASH: RUssia doesn’t want territory - their primary goal is to destroy the military capacity of the Ukraine to drive it to the negotiating table, which they can do in place.

From “Kyiv in 3 days” to “8 miles in 12 months.”

LOSING. Ukraine is losing. If our corrupt sellouts in DC steal more AMerican money to give to NATO elites, they will prop up Ukraine longer, till there are nothing but corpses in fields left of the Ukrainian people. But they will lose.

Better to let survivors in Ukraine survive. But no, NATO doesn’t care about Ukrainians - it’s regime change in Russia and for them, Ukrainians are canon fodder.

” Kabuki theater. The deal is done and President Trump is on board, too. And it was his idea to make it a loan, which I support. “

Biden could have made it a loan in October.

You are right. It is Kabuki.

Didn’t matter.

They could have used the same authority they used in December to transfer tank ammunition and 155mm ammunition to Israel.

Why do you want Biden to bypass congressional funding authorizations?

If Trump wins and ends this war, it will be he who gets blamed by some for losing it.

***Biden gets a free pass of this war in every way imaginable.***

Even though Biden caused this war (NATO East expansion), it’s “Putins fault.”

And when we lose this war, they will try to make it “Trump and the Republicans fault.” They should have given more money, given the money sooner...

—This is simply a result of the MSM and big tech strongly favoring the Democrats and Biden.

—A government buerocracy which favors supporting the war in Ukraine.

—The fact that most our Euro partners are on board with us on this issue.

—That our oligarchs/ big corporations and financial institutions and government both wanted this.

There is virtualy no one that stands in the way of this issue, so it turned into an avalanche no differently than Covid. It’s a tug of war battle where only one side gets manned, and the other side just has the rope laying on the ground.

For example, on some issues you might have the heads of some major corporations stand in the way (climate change, restricting trade with the PRC), or a European ally that disagrees (Iraq war), or one of the political parties use it in opposition politics against the party which made the decision (Vietnam, Iraq 2003, Bosnia, Somalia). But what happens when all the forces out there are aligned on an issue? You get what you had regards Covid or today Ukraine, a one sided narrative with massive censoship of opposing viewpoints which are all deemed as “unscientific, mis/dis information, or enemy propaganda, etc.”

I don’t. I’m just saying that if they were serious, and if it was as urgent as they say, they would have done this months ago.

They are playing games.

As you said. Kabuki theatre.

Ukraine has successfully taken back 47% of land areas initially stolen by Russia. So for now... Ukraine is winning.
Russia also had to abandon its failed take-over of Kiev - it was a total fiasco for Moscow.

Russia needs Ukraine’s massive natural resources.
It also needs Ukraine’s population, because Russia’s demographic situation is dangerously crumbling.

Quick get our wallet out, Joe.

I’m wondering, are the American people the dog that’s getting it’s tail wagged?

No. But the stall on Ukraine funding (by both sides) is.

Compare with passing the 702 renewal. They got that one done over significant opposition.

That one they wanted, because they intend to use it against MAGA.

No wonder the UniParty co-operated in record time.

Speaker Johnson, is about to stab conservatives in the back just so Ukraine can get a type of ordnance they don't want.

Nobody in Congress deserves it more than that handful of geopolitical idiots who would allow Moscow to genocide Ukraine for the sole purpose of poking the Administration in the eye.

There’s a whole army of Zeepers here that need to be shipped over immediately to support ‘their cause’.
