The black culture believes in beating the hell out of their children. I hotlined a grandmother for whipping her grandchild with an electrical cord. Child was already in grandma’s home because of abuse in his mother’s home.
The principal in this story was a mandated reporter and did not do his/her duty. Probably because the victim was the child of the mayor. I hope the mayor, his wife and the principal are all held accountable.
