This is why the defense has to refuse EVERY SINGLE JUROR who is brought in, that way the trial cannot happen in New York..Trump will be convicted without the Prosecution having any witnesses
I am not sure but I think there are rules about how many jury selection rejections are allowed by either side. I have only been called to jury duty once and I was rejected by the prosecution. Too educated and conservative military background was my guess as I thankfully left.
