I’m not opposed to Israel defending themselves, Lurker.
They should do it on their own dime and use their own military equipment and troops.
Right now Speaker Johnson is already planning to give them and Ukraine more money.

I’ve been pissed about it for decades. But that’s not the point. We are as of right now in a shooting war with Iran. Don’t you get that? American warplanes just shot down a bunch of Iranian weapons that were aimed at an ally of the United States.
Arguments about how we got here are at this point in time just plain stupid. They don’t help anything and they won’t change the current situation.
We aren’t going to change 50 years of policy decisions today. Not gonna happen. Couldn’t do it if we tried. And if we were somehow able to do it things would get even worse.
So for better or for worse the time has come to not only encourage, but to assist in every way we can, Israel to open a number 10 size can of whoop ass on these raghead savages who scream “death to America and death to the Jews!”
It’s time to end this crap. I want those savages beaten so far into the dirt they won’t even dream of effing with the West for a thousand years. If we have to kick a few bucks to Israel to do it, well then fine.
We can debate the finer points of giving our money away later. I swear to you I’ll be right next to you screaming “NO!” at the top of my lungs.

Shooting down nukes traveling Mach 20 is a tad bit harder.
