NEW YORK (PIX11) – Police are looking for a man who punched a 9-year-old girl at Grand Central Terminal on Saturday morning, according to police.
The young victim was standing near her mother near the dining concourse when the assailant approached and punched the child in the face in an unprovoked attack. The 9-year-old girl suffered dizziness and pain and was transported to NYU Langone Tisch Hospital for treatment, authorities said.
According to officials, the suspect is known to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Police Department.
Police are now searching for Jean Carlos Zarzuela a 30-year-old male. Zarzuela is 5 feet 7 inches and weighs about 150 lbs. He was last seen fleeing Grand Central Terminal to parts unknown, police said.

Imagine, if you will, an identical incident where the races were reversed.
How about imagine an aftermath, which we once would have seen across the entire West, where this criminal is flogged and then imprisoned.

The name is of Spanish origin. Also to do with Spanish opera.
The etymology of the name is uncertain, but some propose it may derive from the name of a royal hunting lodge, the Palace of Zarzuela, near Madrid, where that type of entertainment was allegedly first presented to the court.
The palace in turn was named after the brambles (zarzas) that grew there.
The article pointedly didn’t mention it, but the missing word for this halfwit goon is “migrant”. He needs to be exported back. We don’t need evil monsters that attack innocent children, but of course, NY will protect this criminal.
I assume the station was full of elderly women and people in wheelchairs since no one popped up and detained the little animal....

This face punching thing is crazy. And mostly women being punched and at least a couple young girls now. I wonder how he’ll be treated in jail when his crime is known. Then again, if she’s white, he may be a hero in prison? I wonder.
