Had this woman used a Byrna gun, the perp would have been incapacitated but still alive.She was on the floor for 10 hours. Would he have been the same? Or would he have gotten up after a bit and finished the job? He's dead. She did well and saved Idaho taxpayers a cap-ton of money.
