Yes, it almost certainly is that. This is exactly what should happen. And they should all run out into the streets and start shouting bad words, etc., commit hate crime after hate crime. Let every single person in Scotland be arrested, then what will they do?

In the UK it is a crime to ‘waste police time’. If they can identify this group, they will come after it with full force. But it’s nice to see people resisting. The Bladerunners are another example of Brits being fed up.
