There are only 2 genders - Male end Female. Your gender was dtermined when your were born - if you had a Penis you are Male - of you had a Viagina you are Female.
Any alteration doesn’t change your gender.

There are 3 genders -- masculine, feminine and neuter. In the English language, gender exists only for pronouns and words adopted from foreign languages.
Words have meaning. Don't confuse sex and gender the way so many have done. That's how the Left has dominated this issue.

Not simply “mentally ill”, but a total abnegation of the purpose of bilateral sexual identity. The only other alternative to sex as a means of producing the next generation of humanity, is to make all forms of denying reproduction as an option to be exercised by consenting adults the standard, by creating a majority of essentially neuter individuals.
This effectively reduces the overall numbers of human beings on the planet. Trouble is, not all ethnic groups look upon this as a universal good, as eventually the future numbers fall so low as to make continued existence of humanity a very real probability, or even a certainty.
Once humanity is eliminated, then the gentle chimpanzees may assert their dominance. (Is it absolutely necessary to include the “/sarcasm” tag EVERY time?)
