Is that some sort of Scottish “freedom of speech” and freedom of expression thing? Won’t catch on the US.
After 2024 if we lose there will be no such freedom including quoting the Bible (hate speech) or openly displaying the American flag (nazi symbolism).
Too bad Arlen Specter died. Now we’ll never know, he was the expert in Scottish law.
