If it happened at all. Apparently the symptoms are all subjective.
Never said I support Putin. You do need a sorting though.
He lost the last one already. I guess it’s up to the powers that decide all our elections. He has no actual support here.
Decent, patriotic Canadians are our brothers and should disregard anything I say to this one.
No not at all!
The pro-deep-state Kremlinists on FR always say it’s
UKRAINE!! UKRAINE!! UKRAINE!! or... Zelensky!! Zelensky!! Zelensky!!
World class piece of cow manure is what he is. All of us infantry vet types know what’s up. We care about our own and what’s being done to us. We all took oaths. Clowns like that guy are not the norm here.
100%
Ruzzia, Ruzzia, Ruzzia.
But other than that I'm sure he's probably a nice guy.
A ‘weapon’ that causes “migraines, nausea, memory lapses and dizziness”
Sounds like that time of the month.
Russia did it
Says who?
"Most IC (intelligence community) agencies have concluded that it is 'very unlikely" a foreign adversary is responsible," the assessment said. It also found "no credible evidence" that any American foe possessed "a weapon or collection device," including an emitter of electromagnetic energy pulses, that could cause the symptoms.Notice that the intelligence officers never said that the microwave and sonic wave emissions existed. They just said that some people when they they heard from the scuttlebutt that they were in the path of a microwave emitter let their minds go over the edge like the people who think their cell phones will give them brain tumors."IC agencies assess the symptoms reported by U.S. personnel were probably the result of factors that did not involve a foreign adversary, such as pre-existing conditions, conventional illnesses and environmental factors," the assessment concluded.
Confidence in that conclusion was bolstered by findings that "medical, environmental and social factors can explain" many symptoms, it continued. "We cannot tie a foreign adversary to any incident," said one of two U.S. intelligence officials who briefed reporters. He added that pre-2016 reports of similar symptoms also were examined, but there was insufficient data on those. None of the foreign intelligence services contacted during the investigation reported similar incidents, he said.
CIA Director William Burns said in a statement that the "findings do not call into question the experiences and real health issues that U.S. government personnel and their family members - including CIA's own officers - have reported while serving our country.
"We will continue to remain alert to any risks to the health and wellbeing of agency officers, to ensure access to care, and to provide officers the compassion and respect they deserve."
In the 1980's I visited an MCI terminal in Chicago, where the floor to ceiling Microwave Antenna with the emitter an collector was on the floor around desks in an office setting. It was pointed out of the window to a Microwave tower miles away. Just seeing that might cause some to have migraines. In my 40 year telecommunications career about half of that I worked around microwave radios with the waveguides going out of the top of the racks. Doing regular baseband sweeps or troubleshooting spikes in the signals I was probably exposed to spurious microwave emissions through pinholes in the waveguides.
Here you are again. Flopping around in the bottom of the boat as another hook, line and sinker is removed.
No surprise there. Glad that the Muscovite culprits have finally been identified through detailed detective work and hard evidence.
And also no surprise that the pro-Kremlin crowd around here are reacting as they usually do.
LOL.
People would need to understand the whole political (and social + medical) context in order to appreciate your post.
:-D
Source: Newsweek.
Sound waves (and moisture, and debris) in the air, are affected by ultrasound.
There are devices that can “see” that activity.
