The Capitol Police allowed the school children to risk almost certain death or lifelong maiming, by walking just a few feet from an explosive device, so they would not create a panic?
Now, who on earth is in police work and, in the space of a minute, could come up with this “no panic plan”, and implement it? Is this “no panic plan” part of police training? This has got to be the most implausible b.s. I have ever heard! If the Capitol Police is going to lie, surely they can do better than that!
If any LEO personnel heard of this quickly concocted plan (one minute to implement, max.), it would certainly be in their memory and cast doubt into the good judgement of their leadership!
Didn’t Ray Epps say at one time the reason he came to Washington was he heard there were going to be bombs and wanted to be on the lookout for the safety of a relative?
