There you go again! Thinking the law matters to the rats. IT DOESN’T! The Witch can immediately occupy the premises and then “accidently” allow thieves in to begin cleaning the place out and destroying it! She could care less! If you think she would be held accountable—THINK AGAIN! She would likely allow illegals in to destroy the place. Trump would spend millions trying to get the place back, the money back, as well as in it’s original condition!
My view has been, for decades, that Democrats are cheaters. Show them the law, show them the rules, and they will immediately try to get around them if they don’t like them.
