From what I’ve seen among legal people, Trump does not have standing to circumvent the NY appellate process unless and until the state actually deprives him of his property.
Thanks. I would think that the attaching of liens against his properties would qualify as that.
They have a decision by a court that is un constitutional, unfair and insane. What more do they need?
