Just goes to show that many DMV’s are using a third party outfit and that your information is not confidential. It is probably being used to configure the vote fraud lists.
AAMVA thing, likely and inter-networking issue and not a localized state platform problem. Most states have their own platforms so there is not some big single vendor they all use.
