A friend of my daughter is a teacher and she has heard that one of the victims was an 8th grader in her class (unconfirmed). So sad — praying this is over without further loss of life (excepting the shooter in this...).

I needed to look to be sure. The township is near, but outside of Philly.
According to the US Census, Falls Township in Bucks County PA is 3.9% "Black or African American alone".

Trenton, NJ (where Mr. Gordon is reportedly barricaded and holding hostages) is reported to be 45.5% "Black or African American alone".
