In years past I had a number of employees in Argentina. They were wonderful people with a great culture. I'm thinking Bariloche.

And, given their beef industry, a person wouldn't be force-fed crickets.

I LOVED LOVED Bariloche!! Spectacular beauty, great food, nice people.

Also Buenos Aires is such a great city - loved seeing people dancing tango in the street.

I’ve never been there, but I’ve heard good things. The only place I’ve been to on that side of Argentine is Mendoza which is quite a ways north and very nice. My work primarily took me to the coastal places - Buenos Aires and Bahía Blanca.

Good point. And their beef is delicious. Most of the time, you don’t need a steak knife to cut a ribeye or sirloin strip.
