Bingo. Instead of getting help, someone with Gender Dysphoria is being told, "no, you're defective and should mutilate yourself."
Who's next to be told their illness is normal and will not be treated?
Pyromaniacs? - "Yes, you should be allowed to burn things... and even people, if that's how you feel. Shame on those who try to stop you from being the real you. Who are they to protect their children from fire?"
Schizophrenics? - "Yes, I hear the voices too. You should listen to them. Shame on those who say they're not real. How dare they?"
Anorexics? - "Yes, you are fat. I'm prescribing you diet pills and scheduling liposuction for you. Shame on those who say you look emaciated. They should be put in prison for hate speech."
