Word out of Atlanta is that Fat Fanny is seriously worried because she was wrong in believing that checking the right boxes gave her carte blanche to act as she pleased...even to the point of breaking the law and violating professional standards.
As did Icarus, Imperious Fani flew too close to the Sun.

Perhaps, and perhaps not.
The political landscape is shifting (not just in the US but around the world). Fani willingly joined the conspiracy against President Trump (does anyone really believe all these separate legal actions against President Trump are just a coincidence?)
The judge in this case has to see Trump growing stronger and that the case against him is so weak it will be overturned on appeal that the smart thing to do is toss Fani under the bus and shut down the case.
